WINTER HONEYMOON EUROPE
where do u suggest we go in our honeymoon? (europe)?
i’m thinking paris and austria and maybe swtizerland, we’re going next week and we’re staying until christmas? would u recommend that? What activities can we do? Won’t it be too cold to do anything?
I’ve never been to europe in winter so i’m afraid it’ll be too cold to leave the hotel 
Winter can be cold, but it’s generally not too bad. I’m in northern Italy and just got back from lunch – it was warm enough today not to bother with taking a jacket although it was somewhat colder over the weekend.
The time leading up to Christmas is a particularly good time. Most of the major cities have one or more Christmas markets and/or Christmas lights. The Christmas market in Vienna is particularly good. It’s in front of the Rathaus (the city hall).- if you go there, be sure to go inside the Rathaus to see the children’s activities.
Prague is spectacular at Christmas. There are several markets. The one in the Old Town Square is among the best in Europe … and the castle above the river is worth seeing from Charles Bridge at night.
In addition to the Christmas markets and lights, there are often special concerts or other entertainment. When there’s a chill, the roasted chestnuts and vin brulè available from street vendors can help keep you warm. Many cities have skating rinks set up if it’s cold enough. All the normal attractions of a given city (museums, galleries, historical sites, etc.) will also be open.

european vacations are very exciting sepcially if you got to visit many places at once :-’
