HONEYMOON KATHMANDU

Where to tour Nepal (kathmanu and pokhara) or Dehradun and near place of Dahradun?
Dear all I will go for honeymoon from 25 may to 15 June (20 days).
I have been asking so many questions regarding this topic from last 6 weeks. And I got following options
1.Shimla
2.Darjiling
3.Nepal(Katmandu or pokhara)
4.Dehradun
I removed shimla and darjiling due to high demanding and very high cost (especially hotel rent)
By yahoo answer I got one hotel (hotel PATHIK in Dehradun).
They will give me AC Double bed room at 350 INR per day.
And by Google I got some hotel in pokhara(Nepal) at 600 INR Per day.
What do you think? What are the other factors I should think?
Which will be the best option for me? I want to fully enjoy my honeymoon but also I am thinking little bit about expenses.
I don’t like too much traveling that’s why I will choose only one option.
I am requesting to all Indian and Nepali people to reply me. Please give me your some important time to me.

My wife was in Pokhara a month ago, she now want me to arrange a one week family vacation to pokhara again, since she liked Pokhara so much it must be a place to visit.
