Cabo or Cancun for a honeymoon?
I’m trying to plan a cheap honeymoon. I found a 3 star in Cabo for $483 a person (airfare and hotel). Cancun is a little more pricey ($100/person more), is it worth it? Any recommendations on which place would be better for honeymooners? We really just want a nice beach to lay out on, good food, and good cheap shopping.

i found it for $483 a person w/ airfare from SFO on Orbitz. The same dates on Expedia and Travelocity are $710 and $788 per person.

The price on Cabo seems a little low (although with the economy, that may be right). Where is the hotel in Cabo? If it is in San Jose Cabo and you want to spend time at the marina or CaboWabo/El Squid Roe/ Giggling Marline, or Medano beach etc. then unless your hotel provides a free shuttle, you may be out quite a bit in cabs. There is about 20 (at least 15) between San Jose Cabo and Cabo San Lucas.
