economical flight to St.Thomas from Atlanta?

Does anyone know of an airline that has economical flights from Atlanta to St.Thomas USVI? I have found a place I want to stay on my honeymoon, but the flights I have found are $600 and up per person and that is over my budget. I was wondering if there is a little known airline that flies there or is based out of the USVI. Thanks for any help you give.

Delta is the only airline that offers direct flights out of Atlanta, therefore they have the monopoly on that route. You can always fly to San Juan and connect with American Airlines/American Eagle, Cape Air, United Airlines, or Air Sunshine. That might reduce the cost of your overall airfare. You also can fly to Miami and connect with American Airlines direct flight to St. Thomas.
