The fiancee visa is good for 90 days and for 1 entry to the US only.
To leave, and re-enter, she has to get her permanent residence (green card) or what is called an “advanced leave” (permission from immigration for her to leave and re-enter the country.)
Green card will take about a year after you apply, and advanced leave takes 3-4 months after you apply (you can apply at the same time as applying for her greencard).
If she leaves before she gets one of those documents, she will not be allowed back into the country, and you will need to apply at the embassy in Ukraine to bring her back as your wife. That will take you another 1-1.5 years – once married, they won’t let her come on a tourist visa.
