HONEYMOON THEMED BRIDAL SHOWERS
Honeymoon Themed Bridal Shower?
I posted a question about this… um… maybe a week or so ago. I got a lot of positive feedback on the idea but now my Maid of Honor is wondering what items could be suggested to people attending the shower. She’s going to include pictures in the invites she sends with links to places / things we’d like to do while we’re there [ so people could purchase gift cards to these places if they wanted ]. Other items listed are gas gift cards, Kroger gift cards, iTunes gift cards [ for new music to jam to on the drive there and back ] to more ‘physical’ gifts like beach towels & chairs, sunblock, items for a picnic on the beach, flip flops, black and white disposable camera, candles & photo albums.
I can’t remember what else was on her list but, she wants to add more items to give more options to people. It’s going to be a pretty good sized bridal shower. Should she incorporate another theme that compliments the honeymoon idea? If so, what? Do you have any other ideas for her?
do you know where they are going? maybe they can give them gift cards to the different restaurants in the area, so they can have a lovely meal each night. 
depending how shy/brave your bride is, perhaps someone could get the more “naughty” aspects to the honeymoon (clothes, lotions, wine).
maybe someone could give her a basket of those silly things you forget like travel size shampoo (the ones in the hotel are never EVER big enough), razors, mouth wash. ect. i know, very boring right. but when you go on vacation, those items skyrocket in price when you are in a tourist area.
