HONEYMOON SURVIVAL KIT IDEAS
What to put in a ‘honeymoon survival kit’?
I’m making a honeymoon survival kit for my brother and his soon-to-be wife. I’m not sure exactly what to put in it, though. I’d like a mixture of practical and cute/funny stuff. If you have any ideas they would greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Oh, I’m on a budget, too, so I can’t swing anything really expensive.
Thanks for all the ideas so far.
wilem008: I don’t know exactly where they’re going. They don’t even know yet.
But they’re looking at something outdoorsy or nature-ish. Think mountains and waterfalls.
I think it depends on where they are going on their honeymoon…
eg – if they’re going somewhere ‘beachy/tropical’ you could include practical things like sunscreen and a beach towel.
You can include things like massage body lotion and other ‘bedroom’ type stuff.
A travel journal is a good idea – they can write down all the things they do!
Maybe some disposable cameras?
Also – you should get or make a ‘do not disturb’ sign they can hang on their door – a personalised one with ‘bride and groom’ written on it.
“Do not disturb the bride and groom” hehe.
I’ll let you know if I think of anything else!
ADD: Mountains and waterfalls…..you should include some bug spray then. hehe. Sunblock would still be a good idea…If they’re having an adventure type honeymoon, perhaps you could get them matching hats or socks for their hiking boots etc…
hmmm….
