What about Gangtok, Shimla, and Kashmir? I am looking for Romantic and Beautiful places which have got natural beautfy, sea-side or beach or rivers, etc. and at the same time a feel of safety to make things pleasant and tension-free!
If you are going to honeymoon in the month of Aug-Sep then Ladakh as it is the time when it has all types of festivals plus the weather and the scenes are beautiful otherwise Manali, Kashmir for hills, Kerala for backwaters and North East India like Sikkim, Gangtok are good option.
