What’s the best hotel for a honeymoon in San Francisco?

I’m not rich, so I’m probably not going to be able to afford a 5-star hotel for a few nights in San Francisco. But any thoughts on luxury yet affordable hotels with a good, central location would be much appreciated. Many thanks…
