Great restaurant in San Francisco, CA?

I’d like to get a gift certificate for my friends to a great restaurant in San Francisco (their honeymoon destination) as their wedding gift, but I’ve never been there?

There are a tremendous number of great restaurants in San Francisco. You can find from fast food to gourmet in just about every type of cuisine available.

So, not knowing what kind of food your friends enjoy nor what area they’re staying in, here’s a suggestion. Get them a copy of the San Francisco Zagat Survey and put a Visa or American Express gift card in it. This way they can choose what they want and not be locked into a specific restaurant.

Just be aware that dinner at some of the restaurants that others have mentioned such as Gary Danko, Fleur de Lys, and Masa’s can easily run upwards of $100 or more per person!
