cancun vs bahamas for a honeymoon?

my Fi are trying to decide on where to go on our honeymoon this july. it is between the sun palace resort in cancun mexico or paradise island in the bahamas. both are the same price. has anyone been to either of these places? we are looking to just enjoy each others company. not intersted in sight seeing, just drink, eat and relax. thanks!

I was told that the male to female ratio in cancun mexico is 2:8. Meaning there are way more lustrous females than their are males! Go to cancun married and leave divorced…go to the bahamas!
