What is a good hotel in Venice?
We will be on our honeymoon and want to stay before leaving on cruise. Want luxury hotel but don’t have an unlimited budget. Convenient location.
venice has thousands of options: if you find a hotel you like on the canal, make sure you request a canal view room. same w/ the lagoon or a piazza, whichever you want to see, reserve w/ that view.
mostly where ever you choose you will be w/in walking distance to all sights…
you need to state a dollar amount re: budget for luxury hotel. expect to pay more than $200 per night for “luxury hotel”. you may be able to find a very nice but not 5* for under $200 per night. compare online prices but also email the hotel directly & see if they have a better price or offer for your business. make sure a nice breakfast is included!!!!!
i really enjoyed Hotel San Cassiano – Ca’ Favretto – this hotel is historic, w/ full breakfast & on the main canal!!!Venice
