Has anyone been to Anna Maria Island, Fl for their honeymoon?

We are thinking about staying there for the relaxation and seclusion. I’ve heard the beaches and the water is beautiful. Anyone have any suggestions?
How is the weather in late October and is the area geared toward a younger crowd or for retired people?

I’ve been to Anna Maria Island, just not for my honeymoon. It is a wonderful & beautiful place to visit. We will definitely go back.

Haven’t been in October but I’m sure it’s like the rest of Florida and is still hot/warm during the day and around the 70’s at night.
I think it can be for a younger or older crowd. There is so much there to do at any age. You will love it.
If you are in the mood for a drink go to The Rod & Reel Pier or Hurricane Hank’s. And you have to eat at The Sandbar (at sunset) it’s on the beach and West Coast Beaches have the BEST sunsets!
