HONEYMOON IRRITATION
Hair or bare? Brazilian wax…Need information please.?
I am getting married in a month and I would love to surprise my hubby to be with some smooth goodness. A brazilian wax. However, I have never gotten one before. When would be the best time for me to go and get it done. I don’t want to be walking around all day long in pain and uncomforatble. Also we are leaving for a 7 day trip to the bahamas for our honeymoon and I really don’t want to irritation and ingrown hair when I’m suppose to be enjoying myself.
So…
(1) when is the best time to go get it done in relation to the wedding day?
(2) what can i do to minimize the irritation?
(3) what should i do to minimize the pain while its being done?
Please help!
actually, waxes are not that bad. the best time to get it done is probably the day before your wedding. but honestly, it could even be up to 2 weeks before your wedding, because a wax lasts about a month (which is great!)
and for me at least, there is only irritation right after i get it done. it goes away within an hour and there isn’t any irritation or anything for about a month after it’s done.
to minimize the pain? that’s a toughie. it hurts, but you just gotta wait it out and bear the pain. once it’s over, you feel nothing.
