Good honeymoon destinations??? Ideas please :]?

We are getting married on May 29, 2010. So, just for argument’s sake let’s say money is no object (don’t be ridiculous though lol). What are some good spots to go for a honeymoon? We were thinking the Poconos or maybe a cruise of the western carribean (we live close to Galveston, Texas). What are your thoughts and or experiences? I’d love to hear it :]

I wouldn’t go to the Poconos – - I live near there and to be brutally honest, there isn’t a whole lot to do and you’d be bored after 3 days. Although, if you just want to go somewhere and lounge around the hotel, then maybe the Poconos isn’t a bad idea (but I don’t vacation to lounge around somewhere – I can do that at home with no added costs – - so when I go somewhere I want to see and do stuff).

If you want something outdoors-y and towards the north, look into New York’s Finger Lakes Region (Watkins Glen, NY is a nice spot), or Bar Harbor, Maine.
If you want something tropical, check out Key West, Florida – - or go for the cruise.
