His eyes said, I want you tonight
She touched her lips, as if to say
Take me now, dear, in broad daylight
Like a groom on his wedding night
Watching his bride’s efforts to convey
His eyes said, I want you tonight
She strolled close, in loose linen, white
Tempted his heart with her sultry sway

Her naughty moves roused his delight
She had him wrapped, held at bay
His eyes said, I want you tonight
He took her hand, as if to invite
Their eyes met, he read hers to say

In his arms, he held her close and tight
She playfully pushed, then looked away
