i forgot to mension i am on my 3rd course of antibiotics from the doctor, but they dont seem to work, then just give me thrush.

First, as soon as you finish having sex, get up and pee. This is important. The genital bacteria from you and your partner will end up in your urethra. If you don’t flush them out you develop an infection Which is what causes HS. Also, the cranberry juice is a biggie. Drink it lots. And make sure you’re drinking plenty of water too. Those 3 things will help more than anything else. Eventually your body will become a little more used to your partners bacteria, and you won’t have quite such a reaction
