I am looking for a good price package on a honeymoon trip to Bora Bora from NYC. any sites?

i still dont know the actual date yet, but i am thinking august 15 2010. for two weeks.

Unfortunately you probably won’t find any special deals from NY to BB. Air Tahiti Nui stopped flying direct from NY to PPT about a year and a half ago. Now the only way you can get to French Polynesia from the US is to depart from LAX (yes, you can technically go through Hawaii, but that’s a terrible idea).

You might want to check with Liberty Travel. They’re always advertising specials, including some hotels in Bora Bora. We used them to book our honeymoon and I was very pleased.

Just as a suggestion – don’t spend 2 whole weeks in Bora Bora. You will go out of your mind. It’s beautiful, yes, but there’s only so much to do there. I suggest you go to multiple islands. We did Tahiti, Moorea and Bora Bora and loved the variety. Each island is beautiful in its own way.
