What is hands down the best Hotel in Santorini? My fiancé and I are booking our Greek Island honeymoon in Sept

In Santorini the hotel that gives the biggest satisfaction is the one with the best view, a very elusive goal because you will always feel there’s another with a better vista. In this respect, hotels in Imerovigli and Firostefani are the best but their location requires you to make long (beautiful) walks to Fira for lively cafes and shopping. I had a very good experience in Dana Villa but it’s best to book in advance in order to get the best room.

The most luxurious Santorini hotels are found in Oia, with Katikies probably being the top but Fanari Villa (you will feel like a family guest) and Residence Suites (where I’ve never stayed) offer better value for money.

If you prefer a livelier place, try Enigma hotel in Fira. Splendid view but less tranquil.
