Would you recommend going to Belize or Costa Rica in August. My friend and I are looking 4 a party vacation?

What is the weather like in AUgust? Are these places party places, or honeymoon places?

If you like backpacking and having fun among campers in the wild, probably Belize would be the first choice. If your option is more like having fun in a bar or a club, then San Jose, in Costa Rica would be more like it. Probably Costa Rica would have more choices to offer.
