What do you know about Sandals resorts?

My fiance and I are thinking of going to Jamaica (or another Caribbean island) for our honeymoon. The Sandals brochures look terrific, but I wanted feedback from people that have actually stayed there.

Sandals is the real deal. The food is decent. The staff gets to know you. Its excellent value for money.
