Where is the most secluded private & nicest place to honeymoon in Lake Tahoe?

Finally after 44 years I’m getting married. We were hoping to locate a very secluded serene cabin in Lake Tahoe, when I search google, I’m getting too many choices & different sides “East” “South” etc….. can anyone tell me the perfect place to honeymoon in Lake Tahoe that is super private? Maybe a cabin by itself away from everything. Not just an inn with lots of rooms. Privacy would be key….
