Free Bulk article Manager for Article Dashboard directory

There are a lot of websites using Article Dashboard directory software available at:
http://www.articledashboard.com/download.htm.

The big problem for the owners of such sites is the time connected with managing of new articles, especially when there are many new articles every day and you need to keep the quality of approved articles.

Even bigger problem is to approve new articles at the very first time, when you get thousands of new articles from the Article Marketer (http://www.articlemarketer.com/postsignup.php) and you need to approve them all in a reasonable time.

This script is designed to manage new articles in bulk. Also it allows to manage new articles manually more easily, automatically detecting some potential problems in articles.

For now this script automatically detects the following problems:
1. Article title duplicates.
2. Number of words in article is less than allowed.
3. There are links in article's summary.
4. There are links links in the article body.
5. Number of links in resource box is greater than three.

The script is password-protected.




MANUAL MANAGING THE NEW ARTICLES

Initially the script lists 10 new articles to approve (you can change this). For each listed article is shown the number of words in that article. If the number of words in the article is less than allowed, the word "Words:" is shown in red. In case of duplicate title, the title is shown in red.
If an article has any of the mentioned above problems, they are also listed.

You can change article Category for each article.

Each listed article has 4 radio check-boxes:
1. Skip
2. Approve
3. Delete
4. Decline

While managing the new articles you check appropriate check-box for each article and at the end of the page you press the "Process" button. Each marked article will be processed accordingly.

An article marked "Skip" (by default) will not be processed and will be available for managing in the next round.

When you manually process first 10 articles, you will be presented by the next 10 articles. At the top of the page you will see the total number of articles waiting for approval.


AUTO-MANAGING NEW ARTICLES

There are 4 buttons for bulk managing:
1. Auto-Delete all articles with problems.
2. Auto-Decline all articles with problems.
3. Auto-Approve all articles that have no problems.
4. Auto-Approve ALL new articles.

You can, for example, "Auto-Approve all articles that have no problems" and then individually manually approve or decline the rest of the articles (that have problems).

Or you can "Auto-Decline all articles with problems" and then individually manually approve or decline the rest of the articles.

Or you can "Auto-Delete all articles with problems", and then auto-approve the rest of the articles by "Auto-Approve ALL new articles". This is the quickest method to process all your new articles.

Please note that processing a big amount of new articles will take time.





INSTALLATION

1. Open the script file with any text editor (for example in Notepad) and change the following values in "SETTINGS" area:

$maxrows - number of articles to display
$minwordsinarticle - minimal allowed number of words in article
$mylogin - your login name
$mypassword - your password

2. Create new directory in the root of your main article directory and upload script there.
I.e. if your main article directory URL is http://www.yoursite.com
then put this script in http://www.yoursite.com/bulkadmin/.

Of course you can name this subdirectory as you wish. I would suggest to name it with some strange word like "asdfgh" for more security.


USAGE

1. Run script
2. Enter login and password you have choosen
3. Start manage articles

Right click you mouse and save .zip file to your computer: bulkadmin.zip
Copy and unzip it in the choosen directory of your website.
