Which part of Bali would be the best to stay on honeymoon? Any tips on a good reasonably priced hotel?
Any part of Bali would be suitable for honeymoon, it only depends on your choice. If you decide to stay in Kuta area you’ll find nice hotels (like everywhere in Bali) among the tourist area, so there will be tourist beach, shops, nightlife and attractions easily available.
If you decide to stay in Jimbaran you’ll enjoy a quite peaceful and beautiful beach near a traditional village. You’ll be away from the noise but still a short taxi or motorbike ride to Kuta’s nightclubs. You can visit http://www.maxgramper.webs.com to see more about Jimbaran and surrounding area. You may notice that Bali is not a big island, so if you stay in south area (Kuta, Jimbaran…) you can visit almost any part of Bali on a one day excursion.
You could also stay at any of the resorts in Nusa Dua. You’ll enjoy wonderful hotels in a huge tourist garden resort, but don’t expect any traditional village there.
Ubud will be another choice if you wanna stay in the forest, near rice paddy fields and away from the beach.
As you can see it only depends on your personal preferences… tourist beach with nightlife and shops go to Kuta… peaceful beach near traditional village go to Jimbaran… Luxury resort away from local people go to Nusa Dua Resorts… looking for a restful stay near paddy fields go to Ubud…
So, anywhere you choose you’ll enjoy a nice stay in Bali. Have a nice honeymoon in Bali.
