3 Simple Steps To Maximize Your Life Chi Energy

Take a moment to look at the World that surrounds us and learn it's basic truths.

Have you ever had a day that just didn't seem to go right? You know, a day where you just wished you stayed in bed?

The truth is, we've all had every one of these experiences and the likelihood is that we've never categorized just what was going on at the time. We just wanted those experiences to end and move on to "better feeling" days, days with more positive "Chi" or Life Energy.

Step One: Life Energies Surround Us Always.

When we have a "bad day", we're merely picking up on the energies that are everywhere around us (in this case, the negative energy), and it affects our mood and our physical performance at Home and Work.

We're wound in an energy web of Life called "Chi" by the East and it can be found in other People, Places and the Plant and Animal Kingdom as well. These very energies can work on our behalf or against us depending on which "flavor" of Chi we're exposed to, Positive or Negative.

When I write of Negative Energies, I'm describing those energies that have the ability to impede our progress, dreams and goals. These are the very negative energies that cause our "off days", bad feelings and depression-like moods.

Positive energies are those that enhance, energize, encourage us to accomplish, produce, become creative and feel good about our Lives.

Let's face it. We need plenty of Positive Energy to function at our peak efficiency and productivity and, if, as we've mentioned, negative energies can pull us down, then we need to focus on what will help us the most.

Step Two: Focus On The Positive Energy Sources Only.

Controlling Your Energy Fields = Controlling Your Life.

Ever have a sudden shift in mood, for better or worse? Amazing how quickly it can happen isn't it? Someone says the wrong thing at the wrong time and "BANG!", we've shifted into a negative anger mode. Or, have you ever had a child ask you something in pure innocence that made you sincerely smile and instantly happy? There's the proof that these energies can be commanded and shifted quickly. Let's learn how to make that work in our favor.

Here's an example of how to shift energies: Practice some "Positive Thinking", or, better yet, take a good, strong positive thought (Love, Service, Gratitude, or other Virtues), hold that thought for as long as you can without letting other thoughts or outside activities distract you from this goal. If you can accomplish this for more than a few minutes, you will start to shift your emotional state and change your day for the better. Guaranteed.

The real secret of this particular method is that Human Beings can only hold a single thought or emotion at a time. By replacing a negative-generating thought will a positive-generating one, we have no choice but to cancel out the old bad energy effects and replace them with good effects. This takes place at the chemical level in our Brains and, if we do this more and more each day, we'll affect our whole energy level for the better.

Sustained positive thoughts will allow some time for those valuable "good" brain chemicals to be created and distributed throughout your body. The longer you give them and the more you make of them by thinking more and more positive thoughts, then, the greater the physical, emotional and mental well-being you'll experience.

If you want to employ other techniques for setting and maintaining a positive energy shift, great music, exercise, meditation and great art are also available and should be used as a new habit of living.

Offsetting the negative energies that before now, used to plague us with just some simple tools like those described in this article, is a major step forward in controlling our lives. Step Three: It Most Useful To Hold Your Positive Thoughts As Long As Possible.

It turns out that the longer you can actually hold on to a positive thought, the greater will be your production of neuro-chemicals and the greater your resultant positive energy reserves. The limit to this technique however, arises in the time limitation that anyone has. We can only stay awake so long and be aware of our thought processes for so long. But, the longer we can stay focused on good thoughts, the better the results for our energy shift will be.

Frankly, there are alternate ways to solve this time commitment challenge that are freeing and release us from the burden of having to focus on generating these energies for ourselves. These other innovative techniques will actually generate positive energies for us and sustain that energy 24 hours a day, week after week without any attention from us.

Be aggressive in seeking out these new techniques and put them to use to further your needs and desires, always keeping in mind that you want to control the process. Look for teachers and products that will allow this.

Another angle would be to settle on a technique that doesn't require constant consulting work or additional input from an expert on a too frequent basis.
