When we look out at the World, what exactly do we see?
Remember days when nothing seemed to go according to plans no matter how hard you tried to make it do so? A day when the energy of Life just seemed to drain away from you the longer you worked?
Well, we all know this is a universal experience and no one seems to be immune. But, just what could be behind this kind of roller-coaster ride in Life? Have we really ever taken a closer look to find out why these days occur? We're much more likely to just hope that they'll just move on and that the next day will be better, without wondering if we could somehow control this mysterious factor of Life Energy or "Chi".
Step One: Life Energies Surround Us Always.
When we have a "bad day", we're merely picking up on the energies that are everywhere around us (in this case, the negative energy), and it affects our mood and our physical performance at Home and Work.
We're all literally swimming in a Sea of Energy whether we're sleeping or awake, and, as we've already mentioned and experienced, these energies actually can affect how we act and react to our daily World and the people in it.
Negative energies are those that hinder or drain us of the energy we need to succeed and move forward with Life with a sense of Satisfaction and Accomplishment.
The Positive Energies are supportive and energy-giving ones (unlike their opposite numbers). We feel absolutely Great when the Positive Energy Web surrounding us is the prevalent or strongest one. These are those "full on" days when everything seems to be going right.
Now the truth of Life is that we absolutely need as much of Positive energy or Life Chi Force as we can possibly get so we're able to perform at our best level. If negative energies have the exact opposite effect on us, then, we should learn all we can about how to "accentuate the positives and eliminate the negatives" in our lives.
Step Two: Stay On Optimistic Side Of Life.
Controlling Your Energy Fields = Controlling Your Life.
Here's the really good news; we can shift our personal Energy fields quickly from negative to positive. It only requires a few tricks to make this shift start to take place.
Here's an example of how to shift energies: Practice some "Positive Thinking", or, better yet, take a good, strong positive thought (Love, Service, Gratitude, or other Virtues), hold that thought for as long as you can without letting other thoughts or outside activities distract you from this goal. If you can accomplish this for more than a few minutes, you will start to shift your emotional state and change your day for the better. Guaranteed.
One Positive Thought held for a time, displaces all others and their negative effects. What a Treasure of a Tool! Your entire physical brain chemistry is altered by your thoughts and good thoughts yield "good" chemicals that make us feel good about ourselves all day long.
Sustained positive thoughts will allow some time for those valuable "good" brain chemicals to be created and distributed throughout your body. The longer you give them and the more you make of them by thinking more and more positive thoughts, then, the greater the physical, emotional and mental well-being you'll experience.
If you want to employ other techniques for setting and maintaining a positive energy shift, great music, exercise, meditation and great art are also available and should be used as a new habit of living.
The good news in this discussion is that we have means to counter those mysterious forces that before today have created havoc in our lives. Step Three: Hold Your Focus On That Positive Thought Energy As Long As You Can.
Hold those good thoughts as long as possible. The longer you hold them, the better and stronger your positive mood shift will become. It's simple chemistry really. The whole limitation however is that there are only so many hours in the day and we can only stay awake and conscious of our thoughts for a fraction of them.
Fortunately, there are other newer techniques that can release us from this process and both generate positive energy and cancel out the negative energies in our environment. This certainly would be a time saver.
Be aggressive in seeking out these new techniques and put them to use to further your needs and desires, always keeping in mind that you want to control the process. Look for teachers and products that will allow this.
It is also preferable if you search out an approach that doesn't require you to frequently call in experts to keep things going well after your initial consultation or purchases.
